The STALKER Battle For Rostok event experience centers around a core set of airsoft based roleplaying simulation rules and systems that integrate into one another to create as immersive a representation as possible while still allowing you to PLAY. 
They are a balance of fun, engagement, roleplaying all filtered through the lense of airsoft. The Battle For Rostok presents participants with MANY factions each with their own focus and unique gameplay elements. 

To best simulate the STALKER universe we have combined major systems and rules from our TARKOV Raid Events coupled with valuable input from The Galactic Civil War (star wars) 40hr Airsoft Experience. 
In addition to these systems many of our major event associate organizations, including the Minnesota Airsoft Association, Rushing Russians, Chicago Chechens and many more bring their own groups, with roleplaying, tasks, missions and mechanics to expand and add an enormous free form element to the event. 

As with Tarkov here, remember this is an event designed to offer you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the Zone. That does not equate to a FAIR opportunity. You will need to learn, group, adapt and overcome a VERY hostile enviornment. You will die. You will lose hard earned rubles. These formats are supposed to be challenging and often frustrating. But the reward is the experience itself. The Zone is Cruel. Adapt and Overcome it.

Your goal is simple. Start with little and work your way upward. Better Ammo. Better Faction Standing. Make Rubles. Join a Faction or survive on your own. This is done via artifact hunting in the fields, working for factions or join factions and helping them capture territory. Hunt other players from hostile factions. Or just be a Bandit. 

Remember, that while the factions may be clashing for control of the Bar and Rostok, this is a backdrop to life in the zone. IT IS NOT THE FOCUS OF THE EVENT. You will have plenty of shooting, but do not expect this to be a themed big game where one side fights the other. If getting your gun on is your goal and only focus, this is not the event for you.
