As with all our In House produced immersive events Blank Fire is a critical component. It safely brings a level of immersion and dynamic gameplay airsoft on its own cant touch. 

Those wishing to participate with Blank Fire, either from the general player population, or the various 3rd Party Organizations that assist with staffing Role Players (NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC) MUST BE 21+ with NO criminal record.

Blank Fire Rules
Unlike our Tarkov Series, with input from the Chornobyl Milsim & LARP (The nations longest running immersive event set in the GSC STALKER setting) we have created a STALKER specific ruleset. The event itself is 18+ allowing for a more kinetic experience.

BLANK FIRE does NOT include airsoft noisemaker systems IE the BOSS systems. If you bring that it ONLY makes noise. Players WILL NOT react to it or call it. To be frank it serves NO purpose at a blank fire event as we and every major blank fire integrated event have seen AGAIN & AGAIN, players simply don't hear it over the sound of REAL blank fire. 

-Blank Fire MUST as always have a barrel obstructing blank fire adapter. This ensures SAFE use of blanks.

-For this event ONLY: Blanks may be used inside ANY structure. 

-Minimum Safe Engagement Distances Apply:

Bolt Rifle (BFA with Parade Half Power Blanks) 30ft
Shotgun (Staff Admin Only) 30ft
Rifle 20ft
SMG and Forward Firing Pistols 10ft
Pistol (Top Fire) 5ft

-DO NOT AIM AT PARTICIPANTS HEADS. -

-Earpro is required but its on YOU to keep them in when in combat.

-ANSI z87+ eyepro is also mandatory, because Taginn grenades were bought in high numbers SPECIFICALLY for this event for "bad guys" 
 

After discussing our procedures in depth with Chornobyl Milsim and Larp and relying on their expertise dating all the way back to 2011 we are updating our BF Platform Restrictions:

1. BLOCKED BARREL BLANK FIRE ONLY. ALL blank fire MUST be blocked barrel. Ported Plug for SMGs and Pistols and BFAs for all rifles. 

 

2. Revolvers are NOT permitted at all. 
 

3. Shotguns are NOT permitted at all for players. Staff Admins ONLY. There is ONE person making BFA's for saigas currently and it requires YOUR saiga to take a permanent conversion.

 

4. Bolt Action Rifles must use PARADE blanks aka low power and MUST have a dedicated BFA. We are removing ported plug bolt guns from player use do to them have a tendency to launch the ported plug with thread failure. 

 

5. SAFETY CHECK. ALL Participants including staff are personally searched by staff and their equipment, magazines and BF platform will be searched PRIOR TO ENTERING THE PLAY AREA. Both at start and ANY TIME YOU LEAVE THE PLAY AREA.

 

6. FUNCTION CHECK. Your BF Platform will be tested for proper BFA, Function (5 rnd test), and then the BFA will be rechecked to ensure it remains in place after the test and is not lose or damaged. 

 

7. AMMO CHECK. All of your ammo besides your starting 60rnds is checked in and held by the in game vendor, you buy the rest back for in game currency. You get whatever is left back at the end. YOU MAY NOT KEEP ALL YOUR AMMO ON YOU OR HIDDEN.

 

8. RENTALS. You get 60rnds. You MAY NOT USE YOUR OWN AMMO. If you want more you may buy it per pack of 20 for $15 for M200a1.
BRING CASH. You are limited to 200rnds per event with the rental. (THIS IS WAY MORE THAN NEEDED)

 

9. At BF ONLY events Gas Blow Back airsoft replicas that can DRY FIRE are permitted. YOU MAY NOT SHOOT ANY BBs.
Others probably wont hear you but it does give you the option to participate. DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT HIT CALLING IF YOU DO THIS

Hit Calling:
Blank Fire COUNTS as hits at STALKER. That being said, it is in the eyes of the person being shot at. Direct fire SHOULD be called as a hit. If the blank fire is in your direction you MUST react, and take cover. You CANNOT lean out and tank the blanks and you CANNOT advance into the blank fire. EXO SUITS ARE THE EXCEPTION AND MAY ADVANCE & TANK a few hits. 
Taking hits is in the eye of the person being shot at. DO NOT CALL OUT HITS ON OTHERS OR YELL FOR THEM TO REACT.
 

SAFETY, AMMO and GAME START CHECK:
At check in there will be a Blank Fire Brief. The gun MUST have the BFA installed ahead of time before being on the property
Staff will perform a safety and function check, then inspect ALL ammo. 

AMMO MUST BE STORED IN LARGE CLEAR BAGGIES OR IN FACTORY BOXES.
YOU MUST BRING A LARGE ENOUGH CONTAINER FOR ALL YOUR AMMO WITH YOUR NAME ON IT.

Once Check In is complete the Blank Fire user will be issued ONE magazines worth of their own ammo. They rest is held in said box at the trader and in game currency is traded to get more. This forces blank fire to participate AND balance with the airsoft gameplay.
 

NO ONE BUT THE OWNER OF THE BLANK FIRE ROUNDS AND THE TRADER WILL HANDLE THE BLANKS THEY WILL BE HELD IN A SECURED AREA OF THE BAR.
