Operation Vigilance XVI

Operation Vigilance 16 will see the return of the present day factions of Hammer Securities and Dark Matter LTD in their struggle to eliminate one another, and become the top choice when looking to hire a private military corporation. Both groups pulled out of South Africa after failing to completely assemble the dispersal units for their altered chemical compounds. The battle rendered that facility useless, and no longer a viable option to completing their work. Intel has led them to discover another remote Dark Hammer facility that still shows signs of production, even after the split. Unconfirmed rumors are circulating that the head engineer of the entire initial project is still active and running on-site production. The two groups move quickly to be the first with boots on the ground to secure the necessary hardware needed to finish the construction of their blueprints...
